"I don't really know
who I am anymore."

You may be navigating separation, divorce, relationship or career changes, motherhood, an identity shift—or simply the quiet, unsettling realization that you have become disconnected from yourself.

  • You've become accustomed to keeping the peace and putting others first
  • You question yourself and minimize your own needs
  • You look outside yourself for the validation you haven't found within
  • You've learned to meet expectations and keep everyone else comfortable
  • You feel a heaviness that goes beyond what anyone talks about publicly
  • Somewhere underneath everything, there's a question that hasn't been asked in a very long time: "What do I want?"

This is not about fixing you.
You were never broken.

This three-part experience gives you a brave, supportive space to begin reconnecting with yourself—not simply through conversation, but through reflection, experiential learning and real-life application.

The intention is not to "fix" anyone. It is to help each woman become curious about herself again—to experience herself differently and begin collecting evidence of the strength, wisdom and confidence that already exist within her.

"What if confidence isn't becoming someone else—
but trusting who you already are?"

This experience is held collaboratively by two facilitators: heart-centered soulful coaching and equine experiential learning, woven together in each session. The horses offer something no workbook or conversation alone can replicate—a moment-to-moment mirror of your own presence, energy and inner world.

Why the horses?

Horses have been used in therapeutic and experiential learning settings for decades—and for good reason. They are profoundly attuned to the humans around them, responding not to what we say, but to what we feel.

As prey animals with a highly sensitive nervous system, horses pick up on our energy, congruence, and inner state in real time. They don't respond to performance. They don't reward people-pleasing or pretending. They mirror what's actually happening inside us—often before we're even aware of it ourselves.

This makes them extraordinary teachers. Because in the presence of a horse, there's nowhere to hide—and nothing to prove. The feedback is immediate, honest and impossible to overthink.

  • Horses sense energy, emotion and intention before a word is spoken
  • They don't respond to performance—only to presence
  • They mirror our inner world with no agenda or judgment
  • Their honest feedback bypasses the analytical mind completely
  • Insights gained in the body land differently than insights gained through conversation alone
"The horse doesn't know what you're supposed to feel.
Only what you actually feel."

What the horses help
each woman explore

Each session weaves coaching and equine experiential learning into one integrated experience. Here's the terrain the horses help us move through:

Session One · See Herself
Presence & Internal Cues
"What happens when I stop performing and simply become present?"
  • Slowing down and arriving fully
  • Noticing energy, hesitation and instinct
  • Trusting internal cues over external direction
  • Observing reactions without judging them
  • What happens when there's nothing to prove
Session Two · Choose Herself
Clarity & Grounded Leadership
"Can I be clear about what I need and remain grounded when I don't immediately get the response I want?"
  • Communicating with clear, congruent intention
  • Holding ground without force or aggression
  • Adjusting without abandoning the intention
  • Remaining present through discomfort and uncertainty
  • What leadership looks like when it's grounded, not controlling
Session Three · Express Herself
Voice, Visibility & Trust
"Can I show up clearly without shrinking, forcing or proving?"
  • Taking up space with presence, not performance
  • Allowing herself to be experienced, not just seen
  • Acting with intention and adjusting without self-blame
  • What it feels like to lead from self-trust
  • Collecting evidence of her own power in real time

The equine component is designed and facilitated entirely by Alanna, who holds the horse-based experience with full professional care, safety and expertise. Every participant has the freedom to engage at her own pace—there is no pressure, no performance expected.

At the heart of every session is one question:

"Can I trust myself here?"

Self-trust is the golden thread that connects every session—and the foundation everything else is built on.

01
See Herself
"Can I hear myself enough to trust what I feel, need and want?"
02
Choose Herself
"Can I trust myself enough to honour what I need—even when someone else may not like it?"
03
Express Herself
"Can I trust myself enough to let myself be seen?"

Three sessions.
One complete transformation.

01
Session One

See Herself

Reconnecting With Me: Who Am I Now?

"Before I can honour my needs, create boundaries or confidently use my voice, I first need to hear myself again."

Many women have spent years asking what their kids need, what their partner needs, what their employer needs—and somewhere underneath all those questions is one that hasn't been asked in a very long time: What do I want?

This first experience isn't about figuring out your entire identity. It's about noticing yourself again.

You'll leave thinking: "I'm curious about who I am now."

02
Session Two

Choose Herself

Boundaries in the Body: Honouring What I Need

"A boundary isn't about controlling someone else. It's about honouring myself."

Session 1 helped you hear yourself. Session 2 asks: Will you honour what you hear? Because knowing what you need and actually choosing yourself can be two very different things.

For many women, saying "no" isn't the hardest part. It's what comes after—the guilt, the silence, the urge to soften it. This session explores the boundary, and the boundary after the boundary.

Tigress Energy isn't aggression. It's grounded. Clear. Self-trusting. Powerful. Graceful.

03
Session Three

Express Herself

Step Into Invaluable: Voice, Visibility & Embodied Confidence

"I don't have to become someone new. I get to stop hiding who I already am."

She has practiced hearing herself. She has practiced choosing herself. Now the invitation is: Will you allow yourself to be experienced?

Confidence isn't something you must obtain before you act. Confidence is evidence accumulated through brave action. You act. You notice. You collect the evidence. And gradually, "maybe I can trust myself" becomes: I know I can.

"Maybe I can trust myself." → "I know I can trust myself."

From Invisible
to Invaluable

Not because someone else finally sees your value.
Because you do.

Session 1
I See Myself
Session 2
I Choose Myself
Session 3
I Express Myself
The Result
I Am Invaluable

Awareness → Self-Trust → Boundaries → Voice → Embodied Confidence

Evidence. Insight.
A statement only you can write.

Across all three sessions, you'll be collecting real, lived evidence of your own strength and self-trust—not told to you, but discovered by you.

01
Your Evidence

After each session you capture what you noticed, what you honoured and what you now trust about yourself. Not given to you. Discovered by you.

02
Soul Experiments

Between sessions, you carry a small, meaningful practice into your real life—experiments in hearing yourself, choosing yourself and letting yourself be seen.

03
Your Invaluable Statement

In Session 3, you look back at everything you've gathered and complete your own statement. It emerges from evidence—not inspiration.

04
A Closing Circle

The experience ends with witnessing. Each woman speaks. The group holds space. No fixing. No advice. Simply: I see you. I hear you. I witness you.

Your Closing Statement

"I am a woman who  ."

The statement isn't given to her. It emerges from the evidence she has gathered about herself.

Equine Experiential Learning

Alanna

A few honest answers
before you decide.

"I've never been around horses. What if I'm nervous?"

You don't need any experience with horses—and nerves are completely welcome here. In fact, noticing your hesitation is often where the most meaningful learning begins. The equine experience is gentle, grounded and entirely at your own pace. There is no pressure to do anything you're not ready for. Alanna holds the horse-based experience with full professional safety and care.

"Is this therapy? I'm not sure I need that."

This is not therapy. It's a coaching and experiential learning experience—one that creates space for reflection, insight and real-life application. We don't go back to diagnose or re-process the past. We use the present moment—in conversation and in relationship with the horses—to help you reconnect with yourself, right now. That said, we hold emotional moments with care and know when something requires deeper support.

"What if I get emotional?"

Tears are welcome here—as is laughter, silence, uncertainty and everything in between. A brave space isn't a space where nothing hard comes up. It's a space where what comes up is held with compassion, not judgment. Both Natalie and Alanna are experienced in supporting women through tender moments, and the group container is built with care and confidentiality from the very start.

"I'm so busy. Can I really commit to three sessions?"

Each session is two hours across three consecutive dates—intentionally designed to be a container you can step into and return to, without months of ongoing commitment. And the women who usually say they can't make time for themselves? They're often the ones who need this most. The between-session soul experiments are small, everyday practices—not homework that adds to your load.

"I'm not sure I'm ready for this kind of deep work."

You don't have to have it all figured out to show up. The experience doesn't require readiness—it creates it. If you've been feeling disconnected from yourself, quietly wondering who you are beneath all your roles, or sensing that something needs to shift—that's enough. You don't need to know what the answer looks like. You just need to be willing to become curious.

"Is this really for me? I'm not sure I fit."

This experience is for women who have spent so much time being everything for everyone else that somewhere along the way, they've become disconnected from themselves. If you've navigated relationship changes, career transitions, identity shifts, or simply a quiet knowing that you've been putting yourself last—you belong here. You don't need a crisis to deserve support. Sometimes it's simply time to come home to yourself.

You're Ready

The woman you are becoming
is already within you.

She has always been there. This experience is simply the space to let her speak—and the evidence to finally believe her.
